Reservation Policy Vision Quest Adventures requires a 50% deposit to book a trip with the remaining 50% due 60 days prior to departure. If for any reason Vision Quest Adventures cancels any tour prior to departure there is a 100% refund. For written cancellations received more than 90 days in advance, a fee of $25 per person is withheld for day trips and a fee of $200 per person is withheld for extended overnight tours. The remainder of the deposit is refunded. For cancellations less than 90 days in advance, NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. Additional, non refundable fees may apply for in-state commercial flights or deposits to 3rd party contractors, such as charter bush flight services. If so, you'll be notified at the time of booking. To safeguard against unforseen circumstances that may cause you to cancel less than 90 days in advance we highly recommend travel insurance. Travel Guard is one of many reputable companies. They require you to purchase a policy within 7 days of booking the tour. Click their name for more information. Vision Quest Adventures reserves the right to change dates, prices and itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any costs associated with weather delays such as unscheduled lodging, meals, early departures/ late arrivals for a tour or missing connecting flights. We recommend that all travelers give themselves as much flexibility as possible when scheduling connecting flights after a wilderness tour, especially if chartered bush flights are involved.
