Alaska Skiing in Prince William Sound

Prince William Sound is world famous for its vast wilderness and large numbers of glaciers and where you find glaciers you will always find incredible amounts of snow! In late March and April we offer guided skiing tours that access the sound in a custom boat taxi from the port of Whittier, located one hour from Anchorage. After a short ride to the best slopes we will set up a deluxe base camp adjacent to easily accessible runs of deep white powder! You will have as much incredible skiing as you can handle. We will bring several kayaks for those warm sunny spring days when you might decide a little paddling is in order!

Options include tours that provide a fully equipped boat that can sleep six, snow shoeing, photography tours or just relaxing in and enjoying the best time of year in Prince William Sound. This is the most unique guided skiing tour in Alaska.

We provide transportation from Anchorage, guides with extensive backcountry skiing experience, exceptional meals of fresh foods, tents, sleeping bags, kayaks and a deluxe base camp complete with chairs and tables that is very comfortable! Tour departs from Anchorage.
